RETURN POLICY AS WE EXPAND OUR PRODUCT LINE

+ We offer a 30-day window to get your package back to us for returns! Your 30 days will start from the date you receive your package.

+ Please request a return within 14 days to ensure the package gets back to us in the allotted 30 days.

+ Shipping costs on returns are up to the customer

+ In order to be eligible for a return, your items must be unopened/ unworn AND still have the tags attached. Any used items will not be eligible for return. Please inspect your items upon receiving them and reach out to us on the contact page if there are any issues or concerns.

+ Once items are received by us and inspected we will issue you a store credit. This can take a few days to show up in your email. 

+ If items do not pass inspection, customer is responsible for the cost of getting the package shipped back to them. 

+ If you are in the Prince George, BC area, returns can be dropped off to avoid shipping costs.

+ ALL sale items and headwear are final sale. 

+ We stand behind the quality of our items. If your items are defective then please take a photo within 48 hours of receiving the package and send it to us. We will do our best to come up with a solution.
